Relais Il Casale is a Bio Resort since it was built using environmentally friendly materials adapted to nature without damaging the ancient olive trees of the park that has become an oasis of peace and relaxation.
Each intervention has been oriented towards environmentally friendly materials in line with local tradition. Everything according to criteria of sustainable development and in harmony with the surrounding environment.
Also we differentiate all our waste and try to minimize wastage of water.

In our kitchen, fresh and high quality organic products coming directly from our organic garden are expertly mixed finding the right balance between taste and tradition.
We propose a cuisine respectful of the selection of the products we grown, along with a creativity that melts with more classical ingredients, to give cuisine harmony, tradition and research. Every course at Relais Il Casale is never trivial but constant efforts to satisfy even most demanding palates.
