The caves of Borgio Verezzi
The caves of Borgio Verezzi leads us along the crystal clear waters of small lakes and into large chambers from whose vaults hang long thin stalactites close to coloured draperies and mysterious helictites that seem to grow in spite of the law of gravity.

The caves of Toirano
Proceeding up in the Varatella valley, just beyond Toirano, you can find the spurs of a calcareous massif of grey dolomite, marked with a series of gorges, where there are over 50 natural caves, still subject of research by international experts today.
The Toirano Caves complex, open to the public in 1953, after various work to make it suitable for visits, it directly run by the Town Council and is one of the major tourist attractions of the West Liguria inland.

The Ethnographic Museum of Val Varatella
The Ethnographic Museum of Val Varatella set up in 1997 in the marquis Del Carretto’s stables of the XVI th century. The museum includes 1400 farm and craft tools used by the inhabitants of Val Varatella in the period from the XVIIth century to the early XXth century.
