Large outdoor patio with sunbeds, table and chairs where you can have your dinner in peace and quiet with a wonderful view on the sunny  Val Maremola.  Private gardens and terraces from 50 to 100 sqm . Reserved parking place outside.Pets of small size allowed. Air-conditioning on request. Kids Kit (cot, high chair and bath) for free, on request when booking. The prices include the full complement of the villa, bath  towels changed twice weekly, bed linen with weekly change (kitchen linen not available), LCD TV with Sky channels, internet access, use of iron and ironing board , private parking, English garden with swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, children playground.

•  5 course dinner with home made pasta, fresh fish, bio vegetables and fruits from our garden,desserts of our Chef Claudio : € 35.00 per person, excluding drinks.

• Daily setup of rooms and bathrooms, excluding kitchen and dishes: € 20,00 (included  if half or full board accomodation)

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit required.

The balance will be made on arrival, at the delivery of the keys. For payments by  checks or cash, you will receive a  discount of 3% of the total bill.

Cancellation Conditions: To cancel a reservation just send us a fax or e mail at 019.64.90.86info@ilcasale.it  at least 14 days before arrival. The deposit will not be returned, but considered valid for another stay to be made  within 1 year.In case of cancellation after the deadline of 14 days or in case of no-show,  we shall  retain the whole amount of the deposit as penalty.

Early departures or late arrivals, are not eligible for reimbursement.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE. The villas are available the day of arrival  from 04.00 p.m. and must be returned the day of departure by 10.00  a.m. Arrivals: Free
